Creating a new CB in rugby union: from governance to leadership

The pandemic offers every organisation the chance to reinvent itself, or at least, to adjust to what its future might look like. Rugby Union CBs are no different and I think they have the real opportunity to look at what their true purpose is and how they can best serve the game and their affiliated clubs.

In this latest post, we discuss how the CB is built around governance but, whilst every institution needs strong governance, and who could argue against firm policies on issues such as safe guarding and discipline, what the clubs need now is real leadership.
